Smart Village East - Alburouj
Flying towards the east to find Smart Villages Company through a Joint venture with Capital Group Properties (CGP) to manage and operate Smart Village East sited within Alburouj project. The project will be developed as an integrated community on 120,000 -m2, on 100,000-m2 BUA. Designed by Squire and Partners, an award winning British Architectural firm, with four decades of global experience, Smart Village East is on embodiment of professionalism , comfort ,and luxury to elevate the standards of business facilities in Egypt .The design was nominated for the new London award 2017 as one of the best British architectural projects in Africa .
