    Sales Coordinator

    Position Summary

    Monitor and Supervise the smart zone offices and solve the current customers inquiries or complaints.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

     

    1.    Phone call handling and reporting.

    2.    Sending rental offers for smart offices for new tenants.

    3.    Ensure the preparation of the bureaus in coordination with all the departments.

    4.    Receive tenants and their guests.

    5.    Prepare  a monthly report about the service flow and received inquiries and its resolution

    6.    Follow up on the market state and the available price offers.

    7.    Follow up with the monthly or quarterly rental and services collection.

    8.    Organize the reservation of the meeting rooms for customers

    9.    Assist the marketing department in generating reports and organizing of events or meetings in the SVC.

     

    Essential Job Requirements

    Education

    • BSC. of Commerce, or related disciplines

    Experience

    • Fresh Graduate is preferable.
